Nintendo builds custom Starlight Nintendo Gaming Stations that we have distributed to medical facilities in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. They are specially manufactured to meet strict infection safety protocols and roll anywhere in the hospital - and now, they have gotten even more portable with the latest iteration, the Starlight Nintendo Switch Handheld.
But what’s really special about them is how they transform a hospital room when a Child Life Specialist rolls one in and a young patient’s eyes light up. For a little while, they can play their favorite games and escape the four walls of their hospital room/

Starlight Nintendo Gaming Stations
Each Starlight Gaming Station comes pre-loaded with beloved Nintendo video games and streaming platforms for hours of entertainment, and gives kids a way to connect with friends and siblings during their hospital stay.
Nintendo-Themed Starlight Gowns
In 2017, Starlight and Nintendo teamed up to create comfortable, Nintendo-themed Starlight Hospital Gowns to allow hospitalized kids wear their favorite character – like Mario, Princess Peach, or Yoshi.
Starlight Nintendo Switch Handhelds
In 2020, the Starlight Gaming Handheld was created to provide a more portable iteration of the Starlight Gaming Station, which allows healthcare professionals more flexibility in the type of situations that they can utilize Starlight Gaming.
