Spring Stream Sprouted with Happiness for Hospitalized Kids

This past March, the 2025 Stream for Starlight’s Spring Stream campaign sprouted with joy and generosity! 

140 content creators hosted charity streams to fundraise Starlight programs for hospitalized kids. Thanks to the support of the Stream for Starlight family and their communities, an incredible $130,000!  

These funds can deliver 7 Starlight Nintendo Switch Gaming Stations and 91 Handhelds. Thanks to our fantastic partners for every handheld funded, one was matched, placing a handheld at a hospital that serves Medically Underserved and Vulnerable Populations (MUVP) in Starlight's network!

Returning for its second year, the beloved $50k to Mario Day challenge is bigger than ever. Our incredible streamers put their energy, sweat, and tears into an epic 50-hour streaming marathon with the goal of raising $50K by March 10th, Mario Day! 

We kicked off the raid train on StarlightUS’ Twitch channel with a Mario Party Kickoff with Starlight Staff & Ambassadors! 

By Mario day, an amazing $44k was raised!

Spring Stream was in full swing—with creative charity stream incentives, cheerful laughter and some truly unforgettable moments.

Fundraisers work incredibly hard to support Starlight’s mission of delivering happiness to hospitalized kids—and their impact is real. Thanks to programs like the Starlight Nintendo Switch Gaming Station, seriously ill children can find comfort, happiness, and a sense of normalcy during some of their toughest moments. Starlight Gaming provides a powerful distraction from pain, a way to cope, and lets kids just be kids.
